Our first house on the water with engines. The customer's idea was to make a house on the water with the ability to move within the Moscow reservoirs.

We developed a house project with a helipad, but the customer decided that it would be superfluous in his project.

A house made of SIP panels was installed on a catamaran-type steel platform 20x9 meters. Therefore, it has restrictions on the passage of waterways.

You can order a similar project as a house on the water or a houseboat version with engines. In the houseboat version, the house on the water will be able to walk not only in calm water, but also go out into large reservoirs and walk along the Volga.
