According to this project, two houses on the water were built on concrete pontoons. We offer the construction of houses on the water already on a steel platform. The houses can be connected to each other to form a complex on the water or a super-level hotel complex.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room combined with a kitchen. Living room 34 sq.m. plus kitchen and dining room 34 sq.m. the total space is 68 sq.m. There is a sauna and a large relaxation room with a plunge pool.

On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and an office.

On the third floor there is a small bedroom, a gym and a relaxation and sunbathing area.

The buildings house all communications that provide sufficient comfort for those living in the house.

Such a house is not equipped with motors, but is easily connected to each other, turning it into a single hotel module on the banks of a river, reservoir or sea.
